I plan to study medicine in Australia and hopefully get to work in Singapore after. Can you please tell me what the process is like?I mean , after internship in Australia? Or can I get an internship in Singapore right after med school? Thanks!

Look for internships at respected firms in your industry. Most local companies might already be swamped with interns from the polytechnics and the local universities so you would really need to stand out to be offered a position.
Offer to intern for free for a short period, If you believe strongly and have passion for a job in a particular industry you should approach relevant companies if they would accept volunteers , most companies would be glad to accept you but are quite bothered by the visas and other documentation that will be involved. The best period would be 2 months, by then your employer can sufficiently see if you would be an asset to the company and offer you a full time position.
