I think New Zealand would do, because their unemployment rate is pretty low at the moment. So the chance of getting a job for you there is high compared to other countries.

Depends where you are from because of work permits and so on!

but...

Malta is a great place to work and study... 300 days a year of sunshine and generally great place to live and work.
