US is the best place to study and work. The second recommendation is UK. Plenty of universities and quality education.

There are options are available for students. Pay only one time then go there and earn your own and then pay you expenditures.

For MBA/MCA You can go to United Kingdom, USA and Australia. It is good to study there because there they give further training also. There faculties are teaching excellently and practically you will do many items.

I've received ads from the UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. Which one of the four is the best bet to obtain excellent education ?

well France is number 1 no one will dispute that as far as classical training.
I hear Singapore is second to none as far as quality food is concerned

US and UK for people looking for a good foreign degree. What ever it is nowadays people have 'this' fashion of joining universities abroad just to put the foreign tag on their profiles what they don't know is that only this tag will not lead anywhere. The person matters no matter what. A capable person studying on a 'paid' seat is of less value. As a fact capable and intelligent people don't have to care about getting seats in good universities. It is the question of the 'sheep herd' which creates numbers and business for placement and admission agencies.

Every one try to go abroad. why? If every one try to develop their country, there will be noting that is available for their children in future.
