Yes i wanan go to Tokoyo or Kyoto in Japan and study Business im going to be a juniour in college and im looking for a school that I can study but also go have some fun in Japan if anyone has any info it would be great thanks.

Japan is amazing. I visited this past December and it was spectacular. If you don't think you'll have the opportunity to visit for leisure in the future, pick it as a study abroad option. You will NOT regret it!
