I am interested in studying abroad. But have not made up my mind on which country to pursue my studies.

But can I have some suggestions on what country to go, what is the price rate and all the necessary information that I would be needing.

Just a little bit about myself:
I will be doing my (high school) final year exams this November. And my results will be out on January.
I am interested in Mass Communication, or anything to do with writing.(novel)
Currently I'm studying in Singapore. (I do know that education in Singapore is good. But I wanna try something else)
I was thinking about Australia but my friends told me that it is very expensive there. So, any other suggestions?
