Please beware of one malicious Lithuanian College - International School of Law & Business, Vilnius, Lithuania. They have ruined the lives of hundreds of students from India and other countries and my son is a victim of their cheap pranks.
Last year, ISLB sent two of their marketing people to India to recruit students. They held a seminar and press conference in Jalandhar and I was one of the participants in that seminar. On the basis of the tall claims they made in the seminar, I decided to enroll my son in ISLB.
I contacted their local agent and applied for the admission of my son. Lithuania has a very funny system that the academic documents have to be legalized and sent in original to the Institution where the student is seeking admission. So we got it done and sent them to the College through their representative. After 10 days we got the original admission documents on the basis of which we applied for visa in New Delhi.
In spite of my son having a bright academic background and 5 Bands in IELTs, he was refused visa by the Embassy of Lithuania. And they didn't give concrete reason for the denial handing out ticket like slips where the visa officer tick marks one reason out of some whim or fancy.
After that I asked the ISLB representative to get back my son's original academic documents from Lithuania so that my son could apply in some other College.
Till date, I haven't received the original documents of my son and I am not the only one who has been suffering. There are many like me. ISLB officials are putting the onus on their representative and vice versa. I have been to their representative's office many times who have showed me emails from ISLB where they have categorically refused to give back the original documents of at least 12 students who were denied visas. I think its because of their personal squabble.
No educational institution in the world has the right to hold back the original academic documents of a student whatever the situation. Even if ISLB has a problem with their representative which is their internal matter , how can they refuse to give back the original academic documents of the students who reposed faith in the institution and gave them the documents ?
Through this forum, I urge all parents or recruitment agents not to deal with this fraudster. The parents of students who have suffered at the hands of this prankster have decided to personally approach the Embassy of Lithuania in New Delhi and apprise them of the insidious ways of ISLB and how they are destroying the careers of innocent students.And on top of all this this, they are trying to absolve themselves of their frauds by putting the blame on their Indian representative. I have learned that their Indian representative is contemplating filing a defamation suit against ISLB in a European court. Please stay away from this Institution lest you suffer like the many who have gone through this ordeal.
I am a genuine parent who has gone through this harrowing experience. I dare ISLB to deny what I have alleged above and I will confront them with all the documentary proof.
